Tea is a very healthy drink. It has been around for centuries and a lot of people have benefitted from it. Most ancient Chinese gave credit to the Green Tea for helping main their ideal body weight even if they are fond of eating dumplings, which are fattening when taken in excess. Some of our ancestors also credit the tea for giving them long and healthy lives and for giving them energy. Nowadays, people drink tea for the same reason as our ancestors. The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. The loose leaf tea is used as is and is not placed in any container. In addition to that the leaves in loose leaf tea are soaked in water as a whole, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. Since the leaves are intact loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste.
