Stress is not uncontrollable. It is not something you cant prevent. Dont let
enable yourself to be stressed by overloading yourself with work and barely spend time to relax and unwind. So if you believe that stress is part of life well you are partially true but then you also have to choice to keep it out of your life. Stress can be dealt accordingly because there are different ways to relieve stress. These ways are often inexpensive and readily available.

One of the several ways to relieve stress is cutting down on your workload. If you knew you already have too much work to do, learn to say no. If an additional workload is given to you, politely say no to it and explain your side. You wouldnt want to sacrifice your health just to make a good impression.

There are other ways to relieve stress, one of which is to avoid bringing work to your place of rest. It is also good if you pencil in a few days rest or break in your otherwise hectic life. You have to remember that a hard working man or woman for example you also deserve a break. Other than those mentioned, there are still many other ways to relieve stress and all you have to do is to look or do it.
